Community Store

Everybody's Community Store is a Pay-What-You-Can grocery program, created at the prompting of our guests during the onset of the pandemic. Since then it has grown steadily, and demand for this service remains high as families struggle with inflated food and gas prices.

Every Saturday, our Community Store provides between 80-110 households with weekly access to groceries, produce, and personal care items at no charge. We use our same previously mentioned network of local partners to source items to offer our guests at the store.

In addition to food, Stone Soup is a hub of information about community services and resources. We host weekly art exhibits, guest tablers, and musical performances.

Every Saturday, we offer Pay-What-You-Can grocery items, local vegetables, fruit, dairy, eggs, personal care items, and home goods during our curbside meal pick-up from 12pm - 1:30pm.

If you need pantry items delivered, check out our awesome friends over at the Center for Self Reliance.

If you have items you'd like to donate to the Community Store, email communitystore@thestonesoupcafe.org.

We accept donations on Fridays from 2pm - 6pm, and Saturday mornings from 8 am - 11 am. One-time donations are allowed. Please coordinate your donation by emailing communitystore@thestonesoupcafe.org
